Foresight’s comprehensive six-month Transition-to-Practice (TTP) program is designed for newly graduated PMHNPs or those seeking a more supportive and collaborative experience. It offers:
- Peer support through cohort-based learning
- Individualized mentorship with a dedicated development leader
- Unparalleled support staff to ensure you have the resources you need
- Real-world applications to bridge the gap between theory and practice
- The opportunity to conduct 60-minute evaluations and 15-30 minute follow-ups (based on acuity, determined by the provider), supported by a robust care team
Get tailored training and clinical guidance to enhance your skills and gain confidence as a psychiatric provider, while working with patients to evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
Program Details
Qualifications: Must have completed or be in the process of completing licensure in CA (ANCC certified; active CA DEA)
Time Commitment
- 40 hours/week
- Monday, flexible hours: Independent Learning (modules, readings, homework, and case studies)
- Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM: Education & Patient Care
Remote work with a cohort of teammates and regular dedicated time and partnership with experienced NPs
Weekly Education: Enhance your practice with diagnostic reviews and practical application of essential clinical skills
Salary
- $125,000/year to start
- Automatic increase to $145,000/year upon successful completion of the program
- Potential for merit-based raise at one-year anniversary
