Intensive Treatment Services: IOP & PHP
More support than weekly therapy. Less disruption than hospitalization.
What are IOP and PHP?
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) are designed for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy, but do not require inpatient hospitalization. Clients attend in-person programming during the day and return home after or attend virtually from the comfort of home, allowing them to receive intensive care, while maintaining connection to their daily lives. These programs serve as a vital bridge between inpatient and outpatient care, supporting stabilization and long-term recovery.

What is the difference between IOP and PHP?

IOP

- For people seeking a supportive environment in which to engage in meaningful treatment with a schedule that allows them to still meet the responsibilities of work, school, or home
PHP
- Meets 5 hours a day, 5 days a week (in-person only)
- A robust treatment program with deeper skills work and medical checks for people who need a higher level of care, but don’t require 24-hour supervision
Our structured, daytime programs include:
- Group and individual therapy
- Psychiatry and medication management
- Education and skill-building using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based tools
- A focus on whole-person wellness, including sleep, relationships, nutrition, and boundaries
- Other evidence-based treatments tailored to meet each client’s needs
