What to expect
Click here to learn more about the three phases of your IOP/PHP journey:
Getting Started
Requesting or Referring for Admittance
Assessment with a Provider
You’ll have a detailed assessment with one of our providers. This important step helps us understand your specific needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring that the program suggested (IOP or PHP) is the right fit for you.
Reviewing Insurance Coverage and Costs
We’ll assist you in navigating your insurance coverage out- of-pocket costs. We want to help make the process as smooth and clear as possible. We also have payment plan options to help make care more affordable. Services are currently private pay, with payment plan options.
Completing Intake Forms
There’s a bit of work involved to get set up, including consent forms and agreements that outline program structure, confidentiality, and your client rights.
Getting Oriented
Before you start, we’ll provide an orientation to help you understand what to expect, introduce you to the team, and answer any questions you may have. This helps set the stage for a positive and productive experience.

Transitioning Out of Care
We believe care doesn’t end the moment you graduate from treatment. For those needing ongoing support, Foresight offers seamless, continuous care through our outpatient therapy and psychiatry services. This integrated approach allows us to tailor care to each person’s unique journey, facilitating a comprehensive and cohesive treatment experience across the continuum of care. We focus on preparing our clients to return to life and treatment outside of our intensive programs by:
- Teaching You How to Talk About Your Experience: We’ll help you develop the skills to communicate about your experience and your mental health journey in a way that feels empowering and constructive.
- Connecting You with Support: We’ll connect you with local resources and networks so you have access to a community of support as you move forward.
