Parenting can be a struggle when you want the best for you and your family. In this group, we will work to enrich the relationship between you and your child. You will get the support you need and to learn how to improve overall behaviors.
Group Therapy Sessions
Foresight Mental Health strives to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone so we now offer group therapy sessions. These groups are welcome to all individuals 18 and up. Through thoughtful communication, the facilitator will aim to provide an atmosphere that is inclusive of all members, which will allow an array of strengths, perspectives, and knowledge to be shared within the group.

Grief Support with Shannon Casey

Losing a loved one is one of the most heart wrenching experiences in life. Feeling stuck in grief and unable to move on in your life are common reactions. In this group, we will discuss emotional and physical symptoms of grief and how to experience and manage these reactions, while coping with hurtful responses from others.
