I actively listening to my clients when they talk about their concerns and summarize their concerns as well as highlighting their key points. I ask questions to clarify and always reach to grasp the needs they have. I validate feelings while demonstrating empathy through acknowledgement of their perspective. I tailor solutions that mirror the client’s unique needs.
