I enjoy helping people. Working as a therapist allows me to come along side clients to help them grow and live fuller lives. I give clients lots of space to talk and explore their thoughts and emotions and act. I try and understand the clients world and will often connect what a client is presently talking about with something else they have said before to link aspects of their life that is part of the same story or problem. I work from a non-judgmental perspective, allowing clients to explore what is troubling them free of any negatively that the world often gives. I also do not mind sharing bits about my own life and thoughts.
