I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Foresight. My preferred pronouns are they/them or she/her. My practice is about collaborating with and treating individuals as experts of their own lives, identity, and experiences. My practice centers the strengths, abilities, skills, and aspirations of the individual as the foundations to problem-solving, empowerment, healing.
I aim to provide ally-ship and healing space to those who struggle with experiences of oppression, exploitation, trauma, marginalized identities, abuse, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I facilitate growth, healing, and accessing of internal and external resources through a mixed use of tools rooted in EMDR, DBT, CBT, Narrative, Solutions-focused, Psychodrama, Feminist, Multi-cultural, Anti-Oppressive, and Existential orientations.
