I am a licensed mental health counselor practicing in Florida. I have been practicing for eight years and have training/ experience working with adults and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and post traumatic stress disorder. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that depends on each client’s need. The therapeutic orientations I use the most are EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Person Centered, CBT, and mindfulness. I also have experience working with couples and strive to help improve their relationships with not only one another but as well as with themselves as individuals. I can also see clients whose primary language is Spanish. My hope as a therapist is to create a safe and inviting space for clients to explore their innermost thoughts by providing a listening ear and meeting them where they are in their therapeutic journey.
