I work with couples utilizing research-based interventions, and solution focused therapy. My therapeutic style is empathetic, and I try to provide a safe environment for people to discuss their struggles, and work toward goals. I am eager to provide support and non-judgmental listening. I also utilize various therapeutic interventions which are individualized for each person, including: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, and Emotional Freedom technique. I have worked in the field of social work for 20 + years. I have experience in working with hospitals providing out-patient therapy, in-patient, and day treatment therapy.
