My name is Rosa Gomez and I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in San Diego, CA. My experience includes working with bicultural populations, adults, families, and seniors. I believe that therapy should be a safe space where you can say anything and not be afraid of judgement that is the reason my therapeutic approach includes using Person Center Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Areas of treatment includes aging concerns, chronic pain, family caregiver stress, adjustment disorders, anxiety, and depression.
