I am a licensed clinical social worker at Foresight Anaheim. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals struggling with grief and loss, childhood sexual abuse, LGBTQ challenges, mental health and substance use disorders. I have personally lived experience with depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder.. my work is person-centered, strength-based, and solution focused. My approach is holistic, conceptualizing each individual as mind, body, spirit, and community. I am gentle, warm, empathic, and passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and live life to their fullest potential.
