Monika Paschal, LCSW

I attended Chico State and earned my B.A. in Social Work. I then moved to Sacramento CA to attend Sacramento State where I earned my M.A. in social work. After college I worked at a homeless shelter for women and children. Currently I am a LCSW and I enjoy being of service to many and look forward to working with adults, teens, and older individuals as we work together to make some changes that they have identified to begin to improve their quality of life. I prefer to work with issues of depression, anxiety, self-esteem. I have experience with strength based solution focused approaches. I have training in DBT, CBT, and Anger Management.
