Michelle Vazquez, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight Redlands. I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College. I have experience working in Community-Based Mental Health settings. I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults in order to guide them to learn the necessary tools during transitions within their lives. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, family issues, sexual assault(abuse), stress management, and trauma. I approach therapy from a client-centered perspective focusing on empathy, and genuineness. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults utilizing interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, mindfulness practices, and play therapy.
