Licensed Clinical Psychologist
LIC NO. 18134

Pasadena, CA

I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist that has clinical experience working with adults, young adults, college students, and teens seeking relief from anxiety, depression, difficult childhood experiences, and life transitions. I have experience with people from many backgrounds, religions, lifestyles, sexual orientations, gender identities, cultures, and racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My therapeutic style is empathetic, non-judgmental, and warm. My goal is to provide a safe environment for clients to discuss their struggles and work towards their goals. In sessions I am often direct and goal oriented, yet compassionate with a sense of humor. I’m dedicated to supportive and empathic work with clients as they seek solutions to their problems. My therapy style is eclectic; I’m trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Depth/Analytical Psychology, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. In sessions, I use the mix of approaches that will best help you to understand your thoughts, feelings, and reactions, aiding you in healing and growth. This can help lead towards a life that feels more meaningful, grounded, and joyful. I have been a licensed psychologist for nearly 20 years in outpatient, hospital, residential, forensic, and correctional settings. It would be my honor to help guide you in your journey to your best life.
