Lizbeth Abaunza, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Foresight Pomona. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Children, Youth, and Families from the University of Southern California. I have experience working in Community-Based, Outpatient and School-based Mental Health Settings. My goal is to help provide the change that you are seeking and help empower you. Some of my areas of expertise include EMDR therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Families Overcoming Stress, Positive Parenting, CBT, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, trauma, coping skills, stress management. I have experience working with teens and adults assisting them to manage and overcome difficulties.
