Lillian Abt, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I received my Master's Degree in Social Welfare (MSW) from UCLA. I completed my MSW training at Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at UCLA and the Greater Los Angeles VA Mental Health Recovery and Intensive Treatment Program. I have experience working with adults of all ages, and my specialty areas include depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, and I aim to empower clients to use new coping tools and perspectives to navigate difficult times. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness practices to help clients grow and thrive.
