My name is Laura and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in the mental health field for almost 10 years and have worked with adults, couples, and youth. Then different settings I have worked in including private practice, crisis unit, and a have worked with incarcerated youth. Utilizing different therapeutic approaches including CBT, solution focused, and motivational therapy. Therapy is not a one size fits all and the therapeutic approach I utilize will be one which benefits the client and helps them reach their goals. My preference is to work with adults and couples.
