Kristin Clark, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
LIC NO. 112146
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR). I have a passion for helping her clients reach their therapeutic goals by providing tailored client-centered care. I like to use an integrative approach combining a number of modalities, including humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a strengths-based approach. Above all, I build a positive, trusting, and therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help everyone who works with her to feel safe, understood, and that their feelings are valid. I provide a culturally sensitive, safe space for clients to grow through self-exploration and personal growth. I am a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and I believe in the healing power of this therapy. When it comes to therapy, communication can be shown through different forms than just talking. I can aid in creating that space to help my client feel most comfortable. I believe in providing a nonjudgmental, safe space for all. I hope to de-stigmatize therapy, as therapy is a unique journey we can all benefit from.
I have had a wide variety of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, with diverse backgrounds in various environments. I have provided care through both short and long term therapy as well as crisis management. I will help with achieving therapeutic goals that will bring awareness to my client’s needs for a healthy transformation. I want my clients to leave feeling refreshed, more self aware, “lighter”, and equipped knowing they will be leaving with the coping tools to continue to grow and flourish.
