I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults have extensive experience working with those who are living with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family conflict, attachment issues, relationship challenges, struggling with low self-esteem, and having difficulty with life transitions. I also have experience with adults working through family conflicts, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression. My therapeutic style is empathetic, non-judgmental, and encouraging. I try to provide a safe environment for clients to discuss their challenges and work towards their goals. In sessions with me you'll find I am often collaborative, warm, and directive. I use an eclectic therapy style with clients to find what works best for them on an individual level. Some of the basic orientations I utilize are Person-Centered, Family Systems, and Expressive Arts therapy.. I've helped clients in person and online since 2015 and I am as passionate today about my work as I was when I first started. I have experience working in high schools providing support to transitional aged young adults. I also have experience working in an outpatient program providing group therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy for adults, teens, and children. I have worked with people of different sexual orientations and gender identities, various religious and spiritual beliefs, and a variety of racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Finding a therapist you trust can be difficult, I hope to be a source of light and empathy while helping you on your journey.
