Katrice Maliszewski, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Foresight El Cajon. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work with the focus on Families and Children from University of Southern California. I have experience working in Community Based settings with families and Foster youth ages 0-21. My passion is working with youth and supporting parents to help support their youth. I enjoy helping young adults find their way through life changes and transitions into adulthood. My specialty areas are Anxiety, Coping skills, Life coaching and Parenting. I approach therapy from a trauma informed, eclectic and holistic perspective. I am highly empathetic and will help suggest techniques that support the needs of each individual I work with.
