I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker that has clinical experience working with teens, young adults, and college students seeking relief from relational conflict, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive. My goal is to provide a safe environment for clients to open up. discuss their struggles, and identify and work toward their individual goals. I strive to build a strong patient alliance through respectful communication. compassion, and unconditional positive regard. I specialize in working with adults to support them in their daily life challenges such as family conflicts, relationship challenges, and academic stress. I use an eclectic therapy style with clients which includes Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused therapy, and Person-Centered therapy to help individuals meet their goals. Therapy is an opportunity to understand your thoughts, feelings, and reactions and gain the insight and new tools to help you heal, grow, and live a more satisfying life. I have been working in the social work field for over 15 years working with children, teens, families, and young and middle age adults. I have experience working with a variety of racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds and believe every individual deserves to be treated with respect, compassion and care.
