Supporting others in their own journey toward growth, change, and healing is a privilege and passion of mine. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing therapy to children, teenagers, and adults in community-based, school-based, and outpatient settings. I am dedicated to creating a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space for others to explore life’s complex challenges. I believe that in therapy, we connect to each other as humans first and foremost. My approach is warm, supportive, and inclusive. Each individual is unique in their own experience and therefore I find it important to tailor treatment to your personal needs and goals. I utilize a humanistic and person-centered approach to therapy, incorporating somatic, mindfulness, trauma informed, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I specialize in supporting those who are attempting to manage anxiety, navigate relationship issues, treat depression, work through trauma, and cope with various life transitions. I look forward to supporting you in gaining tools, connecting with your inner strengths, and using self-compassion in the journey toward growth.
