Hello, thank you so much for checking out my profile. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado working as a psychotherapist. I have practice therapy in both Chicago and Colorado. I have worked in many settings including crisis, emergency room, home and school based care. I have experience working with individuals from elementary school to adulthood. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges and social injustice. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, friendly, open and collaborative. I believe in creating a therapeutic space that is safe and warm allowing the person to work through emotional concerns and develop skills to help accomplish their goals. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Depending on your needs I will meet you where you are to develop a treatment plan that meets those needs.
