I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from San Diego State University (2005) and have more than 10 years of experience of mental health therapy. I have worked with adults and older adults with diverse mental health issues, and specializes in depression, trauma, stress, anxiety disorders, and panic disorder. I value creating a genuine, compassionate, non judgment space for you to process and address your concerns. I also have extensive experience in the fields of multi-cultural awareness and cultural humility. I work to empower others by utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interview, Brief Strategic Therapy, and Biblical counseling. I can provide services in English or Korean.
