I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Foresight. I received my Master's of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University's College of Education. My work experience has been mostly community-based and mobile, with people from a great deal of backgrounds and cultural experiences. I believe every person is an individual with specific needs, and my passion lies in working with teens, young adults, and older adults to help them learn and develop practical coping skills that they can use to navigate life's transitions and difficulties as they come. My approach is casual and I strive to provide a therapeutic environment that does not enforce a power differential, but rather makes people feel like they are being met where they are with authenticity. The areas I specialize in are anxiety, family and interpersonal conflicts, trauma, and coping skills, with the ability to adapt to many other needs that people may have. My therapeutic approach is always person-centered and trauma-informed in that I meet people with empathy wherever it is that they are in their journey, and provide a safe space for them to address things in their lives, make transitions, and grow. I have experience working with teens, young adults, and older adults utilizing humanistic and strengths-based approaches.
