I am a curious, creative psychotherapist and art therapist, who is trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based, and I hold an anti-oppressive framework. My goal in the therapeutic space is to foster a safe, compassionate relationship where we can collaboratively work on goals to gain greater self-awareness while working towards personal growth and healthier living. I believe in an integrative, holistic and relational approach to therapy. This is informed from my training and experience -all which range from community mental health, private practice, expressive group therapy and hospital settings. I have extensive background in somatic work and the expressive therapies which are specifically healing when we feel stuck and don’t have the words for what we’re struggling with. I specialize in womens issues, postpartum mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and parent-child therapy. It takes courage to be with what is while looking at our patterns and ways of coping that no longer serve us. My hope is for you to experience self-empowerment, self-discovery, greater self-compassion and acceptance as you work to make conscious choices for your own growth and healing. I believe we are all inherently good inside, and it’s an honor to hold space and accompany my clients on their journeys. Let’s work together!
