I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight in Palo Alto. I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University of California. I have experience working in non-profits in both Community-Based and School-Based Mental Health settings. I have a passion for working with adolescents, teens, and adults in order to help them learn the necessary coping skills during life's transitions. I use evidenced-based practices while working with adolescents, teens, and adults, utilizing interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness practices. My practice includes working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, stress, relationship issues, trauma, and life management. I approach therapy from an integrated/holistic perspective: focusing on authenticity, empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. I aim to highlight strengths to build resilience, and create opportunities for growth.
