I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has clinical experiencing working with individuals, groups, young adults through the mature adult populations. I am experienced in assisting people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, trauma, and stress. My therapeutic style is person-centered, understanding, compassionate, and easy going. The orientations I will utilize in sessions are motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches. I have experience in a traditional setting working with children, families, young adults through mature adults, and facilitated groups. I also worked in a crisis center working with adolescents through the adult population experiencing a mental health crisis. I worked in a residential substance use rehabilitation facility managing adults experiencing substance use issues in combination with mental health.
