I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) remote telehealth provider at Foresight Mental Health. I earned my Master’s degree in psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies. I have 25 years of experience working with a wide range of mental health issues and life’s challenges. My clinical strengths include working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, life stressors, adjustment issues, substance use and trauma including victim of crime issues. My clinical approach is to create a safe space where my clients can define what they need from therapy and to build a collaborative and supportive relationship that supports their self-exploration, healing and empowerment.
