You've already made a huge step in improving your mental health! As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist my passion is help others of various ages and from all walks of life. I have experience proving therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I typically use therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Psychodynamic, or Play Therapy when working with clients. My specialties include Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Trauma, Grief and Loss. If we have the opportunity to work together I will respect all of your emotions and let you explore them without judgement. Whether you are experiencing anger, sadness, or fear these are all genuine feelings that should not be suppressed but understood and explored.
