Carina Castillo, LMFT

Hello thank you so much for taking the first step in improving your mental health and life! My name is Carina and I am a Licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy in the state of California in May 2022. I have been a part of the Mental Health field since 2018, the same year I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. I have been honored to work with the people whom have undergone depression, anxiety, multigenerational homes, separation anxiety, LGBTQ community, compound trauma, intergenerational trauma, and relationship issues. I am willing and open to work with all types of issues and or populations including those whom I have not yet had the privilege to work with. In the therapy room I am a therapist that believes that you are the expert in your life and I am the trainer that will facilitate you work to reach your goals. I have an eclectic approach which means that I believe in using the modality that fits best in the moment for the goal that you are trying to achieve.
