I prefer to work with adults of all ages in individual or group therapy. While I have a broad range of clinical experience, I prefer working with trauma, anxiety disorders, life transitions, and personal growth. My experience and background have been predominantly in a homeless service agency, which has a strong clinical component. In my work at this agency, much of my clinical work focused on crisis intervention, institutionalization, trauma, mood disorders and other serious mental illness/dual diagnosis. I have additional clinical experience in tele-health, during which I have provided treatment for individuals with moderate to mild depression, social phobia and anxiety. My therapeutic approach is largely integrative, including CBT, existential-humanistic, and aspects of somatic depth psychotherapy as appropriate.
