I am a marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience as a Psychotherapist and as an Executive Director of numerous nonprofits in California. I begin by meeting you at your place of growth or healing, and whether trauma, abuse, grieving, recovery or life issues, I work with the client to overcome them. I earned my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles and have worked with individuals, adolescents, families, seniors, and support groups. This work involves those seeking help with stress, anxiety, depression, family issues, LGBTQ issues, trauma and aging. Using evidence-based methods, I will help you reach the goals and the connections you deserve with sensitivity and compassion. I am creative in finding what might be blocking your full potential and feelings to bring you to reach your goals and connections that you deserve.
