Zachary Baron, LCSW

Zachary Baron is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience as a
psychotherapist, having served multiple populations in a variety of settings. With a trauma-
informed approach, Zachary meets members where they are at in their stage of growth and
change, with the goal of instilling hope and fostering individual growth. Zachary utilizes a
strength-based approach to help individuals overcome challenges, change maladaptive thinking
and behaviors, and achieve their treatment goals. Zachary specializes in addressing depression
and anxiety, as well as other mood and affective disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapies,
with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), and has worked with adults, older adults,
teens, and groups. Zachary earned his Masters of Social Work at the University of Southern
California and has worked in settings ranging from the justice system, non-profit clinics, to
intensive outpatient hospitals. Zachary’s genuine, authentic approach allows for a compassionate and therapeutic experience built on the alliance between individual and therapist, helping members achieve the change they desire.
