Shelby McClure, LMFT

Shelby McClure is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her training from California State University, Chico. She has worked in a wide variety of environments and with a wide variety of clients, including those in outpatient settings and with adolescents in a residential treatment facility. Shelby is a strength-based therapist that works to empower her clients. She provides clients with a safe, non-judgmental space where they can more deeply examine their inner feelings and find ways to overcome life's challenges. Her specialties include trauma-informed care, crisis stabilization, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, positive psychology, and dialectical behavior therapy. She is mindful of each client's unique and individual experience in and outside of therapy, and holds compassion for the many road blocks clients may face. Shelby hopes to help you along your journey of self-discovery, and to always provide you with a place where you can feel heard and understood.
