Samantha is empathetic, understanding and trustworthy, and will meet you where you are at in each session. She specializes in working with trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety and with adolescents. Samantha deeply loves the work that she does and strives to create a safe space for you to feel open and vulnerable enough to be your true self. She seeks to further the conversations, growth and knowledge of grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety in order to help our culture and society reach healthier and more positive ways to better understand mental illness.
Being is enough. Samantha strongly believes that what most people want and yearn for in this world is to feel understood, heard and to simply be enough. Not only for others, but mostly for ourselves. Life can be tough, however the way we choose to navigate through the obstacles it can bring says so much more.
