Nastacia Parham, LMFT
Nastacia Parham is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2015. She has been a practicing therapist for 8 years and loves helping her client’s to create a safe space where they can feel more grounded and get to know themselves on a deeper level. Nastacia respects each client as an individual, factoring in their past experiences, cultural considerations, and how they function in the world around them. Nastacia works from a strengths-based perspective while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and narrative techniques in her practice. As a mental health professional, she loves being able to help her client’s find their inner strength to overcome adversity and find ways to cope to build long term resiliency.
Nastacia has worked with various individuals and families from diverse backgrounds in various clinical settings including crisis work and has a history of working with client’s who have experienced acute and chronic trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Nastacia has created her practice to be a comfortable place where people of all ages, ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations can feel understood in a safe non-judgmental space.
