Michael Brundage, LMFT
Michael Brundage became a therapist because of his genuine desire to help people. Over the past 25 years, Michael has worked with people from all over who have had various struggles and concerns. He is an active listener and will address your concerns with a supportive and positive approach. Michael understands that change is hard and not easy. He will be here to help and guide you when the journey gets tough. Some days will be better than others, and sometimes the day’s victories come in small steps. Michael understands that talking with a complete stranger about your struggles can be difficult, so he provides a safe and understanding environment where you can come and just be. Treatment is tailored to each individual and will move at your pace, but with the understanding that sometimes a gentle nudge is needed to get you going again.
“I believe in hope. I believe that hope is what gets you out of bed in the morning...it's what keeps you going...the hope for change, the hope for something different...the hope that today might be just a little better than yesterday. I will help you find your hope if you have lost it and grow that hope if it has withered.”
“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I’ll try again tomorrow.” - Mary Anne Radmacher
