Meredith Roudebush-Albaugh, LCSW
Meredith is an experienced, licensed mental health professional who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with my Master's in Clinical Social Work in 2006. She has experience working with diverse populations, treating a wide variety of mental health, phase-of-life and behavioral issues. A tremendous amount of her work has been devoted to helping individuals suffering from Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Affective Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as issues pertaining to grief and loss. She has had the privilege of helping many Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse and Trauma in working through their past experiences and moving towards healing.
She uses a variety of different therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities, which are tailored to the needs of the person, with whom she is working and what they need at that particular time. Some of these treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. Her approach is client-centered, warm, genuine and non-judgmental. I provide an atmosphere of acceptance and support; a safe place where you can be who you are, feel what you feel, as well as to process and work through your feelings and experiences.
