Everyone needs a safe and nonjudgmental place where they feel comfortable sharing their unique life story. Many times we stay in negative situations, because of our past, or we are afraid of taking a risk into the unknown. This is due to creating thoughts that prevent us from living the life we want. Being able to identify our thoughts can lead us to make better choices, feeling more empowered leading to self-esteem development and improvement. Martha can be a tool to help you identify your thoughts as well as your emotions in order to make positive life decisions in a safe and confidential environment.

Martha has 14+ years of clinical experience in outpatient and inpatient settings, helping her to understand others and their life journey. Learning about many therapy modalities has helped Martha understand and develop the best course of action for each individual. Meeting the person where they are is key in building rapport.

“I invite any one who is ready to share their life journey in an emphatic and safe environment. In hopes that during the healing process, you can renew your mind, create your own individual purpose and take control over your life.”
