Lorriane Ichiyasu, LMFT
Lorriane Ichiyasu is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that we are all trying to navigate our lives the best we can with what may seem like limited tools and resources. None of us come into this world with a blueprint for a thriving or, more importantly, meaningful life. That is where Lorriane would like to join in - to partner with you in making sense of current circumstances, past experiences, hopes for the future, and everything in between. Her approach to therapy is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed, complemented with humor and genuine curiosity. She values creating a safe space, recognizing that each person has their own pace at which they work toward their therapy goals.
Lorriane received her Master's Degree in Marital & Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary San Diego. Her experience includes working in non-profit, faith-based, and county mental health organizations where she worked with people from various cultural contexts with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Lorriane has a passion for joining alongside others in their journey toward greater freedom in living out their identities and in more meaningful relationships with others. She looks forward to connecting with you wherever you are in your personal path, in hopes that she is the right fit to support you toward greater wholeness.
