Lindsey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California. Lindsey graduated with Distinguished Honors from Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. Lindsey has extensive education, training, and experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. She emphasizes culturally sensitive care and prioritizes honesty in the therapeutic relationship. Lindsey utilizes a direct, authentic, and solution-focused approach to therapy. In working with her clients, she utilizes a strengths based approach to conceptualization and evidence based practices, such as trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Lindsey strives to provide clients and their families with a meaningful treatment experience that is designed to meet their individual needs. Lindsey is a Recovered Professional who believes in the capacity of the therapeutic process for healing and creating lasting change. She strives to support clients in creating an atmosphere that promotes individuality, joy, authenticity, and connection.
