Leslie Delcid is a bilingual Spanish/English speaker who has worked with individuals across her lifespan and from various cultural backgrounds. Her therapeutic approaches are largely influenced by a fundamental respect for all and belief that we carry strengths that are drawn from our unique history. She has experience working with Latinx, LGBTQ+, women of color, and individuals with developmental disabilities to overcome life stressors utilizing CBT, strengths based approach, and trauma informed care. Leslie has also worked with children and caregivers to address behavioral/emotional issues utilizing PCIT. She welcomes all individuals to learn how to cope with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

“Our hardest times are often our biggest lessons, even if we may not know it yet. We all move through stages in life that present various triumphs and challenges. While some experiences may be unique to you, the resulting feelings are often universal. Life stressors can be difficult, but with time, understanding, and support, they can be overcome. As we navigate life, these changes or events can disrupt the way we see ourselves and others. I strive to provide a space where you can feel heard and seen to be reminded that you are worthy. When you learn to nurture your own space, thriving will follow.”
