Kristin Clark, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
LIC NO. 112146
Kristin Clark is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR). Kristin has a passion for helping her clients reach their therapeutic goals by providing tailored client-centered care. She likes to use an integrative approach combining a number of modalities, including humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a strengths-based approach. Above all, Kristin builds a positive, trusting, and therapeutic relationship.
Kristin’s goal is to help everyone who works with her to feel safe, understood, and that their feelings are valid. She provides a culturally sensitive, safe space for clients to grow through self-exploration and personal growth. She is a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and believes in the healing power of this therapy. When it comes to therapy, communication can be shown through different forms than just talking. Kristin aids in creating that space to help her client feel most comfortable. She believes in providing a nonjudgmental, safe space for all. “I hope to de-stigmatize therapy, as therapy is a unique journey we can all benefit from.”
Kristin has had a wide variety of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, with diverse backgrounds in various environments. She has provided care through both short and long term therapy as well as crisis management. She will help with achieving therapeutic goals that will bring awareness to her client’s needs for a healthy transformation. Kristin wants her clients to leave feeling refreshed, more self aware, “lighter”, and equipped knowing they will be leaving with the coping tools to continue to grow and flourish.
