Ernesto Camacho, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
LIC NO. 116575

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing services via telehealth. As a Latino, male of immigrant parents, I saw the need to help those that are experiencing unique life transitions for the first time in their family history. After receiving my Master's Degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University, I began working with young adults and families seeking better information about ways to cope with various mental health challenges. I am passionate about working with first generation professionals & BIPOC struggling with various life transitions, burnout, job related stress, and anxiety. My treatment approach is collaborative, curious, and solution focused with an emphasis on dismantling systemic racism & cultural oppression. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy to help guide those who choose to work with me to a place of better balance and clarity in their lives.
