Edwyna Piert, LMFT
Edwyna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years in the mental health field. She's had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds; working her way up from residential group home staff for children & adolescents to becoming a therapist. Coming from a family who suffered from generational substance abuse and alcoholism, Edwyna found her niche working with adults who suffer from addiction.
She earned her MS in Educational Psychology in 1998 from University of Southern California and my MA in Counseling Psychology in 2014 from National University. She works with clients who experience difficulty with finding healthy solutions and are seeking guidance in learning how to move forward in their lives. Utilizing CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Humanistic approaches, she collaborates with the client to help guide them toward healthy living.
