Britney Spell, LMFT
Britney Spell is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated from University of La Verne and has a variety of experiences working with children, families, and individuals throughout their lifespan. She works collaboratively with clients to assist them in moving towards healing and integration, acknowledging and validating the struggles along the way while also reorienting client’s towards their strengths. Britney specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma using evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Britney creates the time and space in session for you to be your authentic self. She acknowledges how all aspects of self, including ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and disabilities, play a role in how you move through the world and humbly seeks to provide culturally competent services. Britney strongly believes each individual is filled with potential for growth and joy. She understands therapy can be both rewarding and challenging and is here to walk alongside you in the movement from potentiality to creating the actuality of the meaningful life you’ve desired.
