Brenda Guadalupe, LMFT
Brenda Guadalupe is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who is fluent in Spanish and English. She has provided face to face and tele-health therapy. She has worked with various adults, teens, kids, parents and families. Brenda is culturally competent, provides a safe space for all her client's, has worked with the LGBTQ+ community, facilitated domestic violence groups and parenting classes.
Brenda understands that no 2 people are alike and makes sure to individualize each person's plan for treatment. She has utilized CBT, DBT, family systems, TF-CBT and an electric approach in her sessions. Brenda works collaboratively to develop the relationship of her client's thoughts, feelings and behaviors to meet their goals and needs. She looks forward to working with you.
Brenda was born in Northern San Diego County and lived in Los Angeles while obtaining her Bachelors from Cal State Northridge. She moved back down to San Diego and obtained her Masters in Marriage Family Therapy from National University. She loves to bike, roller skate and take her dog for walks with her family.
