Visualizing the rainbow as you eat throughout the day can help you to incorporate a variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants into your diet by choosing a variety of food from all the different food groups. The more color in your plate, cup, or bowl, the more nutrients you are getting! Just don’t trick yourself into thinking that a handful of colorful candy is a healthy choice!
