Supporting All Women

Do you long for greater connection with yourself and other women? Do you ever feel isolated, yearning for community? Are you wanting to cultivate more meaningful relationships? Are you feeling depleted and drained?

More than ever throughout this pandemic, people are feeling less connected and struggling in isolation. Many women are juggling multiple responsibilities, obligations, roles and expectations. This process can be very daunting, especially alone.

In this 12 week group, we will come together in sisterhood and create a safe container to explore ways to become more vibrant and alive. Build self awareness and mindfulness. Learn ways to drop our defenses and take the risk to be more open and vulnerable. Step into your power to be more brave, bold, honest and empathic with yourself and others.

You will expand your self-compassion, learn ways to reduce self-criticism, improve self-confidence, tools to handle difficult emotions and triggers, build resilience, reduce burnout/overwhelm and increase joy?

We will use various tools and techniques including mindfulness, expressive art therapy, ritual, and DBT.

Meet other women facing similar challenges; connect and grow together while supporting each other.
